Interior design gives me the opportunity to express  myself through colors, textures, patterns, etc. I find it to be very relaxing. My work is based on my style. I like a little bit of everything. Dark rooms, natural lighting, crazy patterns, different shades of colors. I think it’s amazing how I can completely transform a space filled with all of my ideas. So far I have created a Moodboard off of a living room. I put everything together to show what was used and how it was placed. I think it’s really interesting how creative I have become and how I am now able to put all my great ideas into something I genuinely enjoy doing. 

  As an interior design major at LAMC, I am still trying to figure out what works best for me in terms of style. I am still learning about the interior design field and how much information there is to know. So far I understand that It can be very challenging trying to come up with a good amount of different ideas for every single project you are given. I know that people want to see new things that they have never seen before and that is when it gets challenging. The fun part about it is that you get to work with other people and everyone gets to brainstorm ideas to come up with a final decision.
